Petrone Technology Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Petrone mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to Petrone Technology Group servers. Specifically:
- Contact Form: When you submit a message through the Contact Us screen, your name, email address, phone number, and message are composed into an email using your device’s built-in Mail app. This information is sent directly from your Mail account and is subject to your email provider’s privacy practices. We do not receive or store this data within the App.
- Shop: Product purchases are handled entirely by Stripe via an external secure link. We do not collect or process any payment information within the App. Stripe’s privacy policy governs all payment transactions.
- Budget Calculator: The Budget Calculator feature embeds a tool provided by HTA Certified (htacertified.org). Any interaction with that tool is subject to HTA Certified’s privacy policy.
- Gallery & Services: These sections display locally stored content. No data is collected from your use of these features.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, use, or share:
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Cookies or similar tracking technologies
- Any information from minors
